EQUIPPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF CHRIST FOLLOWERS.

The COVE is a place where students grades 6th through 12th can grow as disciples of Christ. Our heart is to provide a place for youth to freely worship, get to know others their age, play games, serve, and most importantly to develop a thriving relationship with the Lord. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Friday of each month from 6PM-8PM for snacks, games, worship, prayer, and a message that challenges the hearts and minds of our youth.

THE IMPORTANCE OF DISCIPLESHIP.

We have a dedicated group of volunteers who love Jesus and have a passion to share His love with our Calvary Youth! It is our desire to serve, disciple and pray alongside our youth and providing a supportive environment where they can grow in their faith and become more like Christ.

The Ins & Outs

WHO WE SERVE
We welcome kids attending 6th through 12th grades. If your child has graduated from 5th grade, then feel free to bring them to Youth Group in the summer before they start 6th.
WHEN WE MEET
Our group meets on the 1st and 3rd Friday of every month from 6-8pm. Any extra youth events will be announced at Youth Group and at COVC's Sunday Services.
WHAT TO EXPECT FRIDAY NIGHTS
When you arrive with your kid for the first time, you'll sign them in and they'll join the other youth as they get acquainted through icebreakers and other exciting games. After the games we'll have some snacks and refreshments as we continue to fellowship with one another. Next we'll have a time of worship and then we'll listen to a teaching from Pastor Morgan. With any remaining time, we'll split up into groups and reflect on the study and pray for each other.
HOW FAMILIES CAN PARTNER WITH US
At COVE, we desire to partner with our families so together we can equip the youth effectively. Without this partnership, your child's spiritual growth will be hindered. We have limited time to minister to your kids at Youth Group, so we encourage you to follow up with your child after each youth group and bring them to COVC's other weekly services as well.

You can start by asking your children what they learned during Youth Group and then encourage them to pray, read their Bibles, worship, and seek Jesus. Proverbs 22:6 tells us to train up a child in the way he should go and even when he is old he will not depart from it.

If you want to get involved practically, just ask one of the leaders about getting on the snack team in order to volunteer to bring snacks or a meal for one of the Friday nights.

If you want to help out in any other way don't be too shy to ask us!
