Set up and
Breakdown
Ministry duties are:
Arriving
at 7:30am SHARP on
Sunday,
unloading the trailer, taking childrens equipment to the classrooms and
setting classrooms up, setting up tables, Assisting Cindy O'Connor and
Cathy Parisi in whatever needs they have to get things ready for
the service.
(we have prayer for the service at 9am in the foyer, we highly
encourage all who help in the morning to join us.)
After the service:
break down tables and stow them, collect and stow all of the childrens
equipment in proper containers and bring to the trailer, then assist in
collecting and stowing stage/sound equipment and bring to the trailer,
scan the stage and seating area for items left behind,
and finally help load the trailer.
